Wynnrock Estates/Cedar Ridge Estates is located Southwestern Travis County in Austin Texas. We are a "Covenent Restricted" subdivision with approx. 100+ single family residential acreage homesites on wooded lots with native oaks, elms and cedars. We are now the fastest growing growth corridor in Travis county, Real estate development is everywhere and smart planning is essential to proactive developments.
Wynnrock Estates is less than ten miles from Zilker Park. It is a breathtaking area comprised of ACL Concert areas, soccer fields, disc-golf courses, botanical and rose gardens, picnic areas, jogging trails, a sculpture garden, and even a small train that circles the park for kids of all ages. It is flanked on both sides by trails that are used by mountain-bikers and hikers.
The Town lake hike and bike trails are also easily accessable. The "Circle C golf club is within a seven mile radius to our subdivision.
We also have nearby "Dick Nichols" park with a large modern "Heated" pool with a playground and adjacent tennis and basketball courts. The Will Hampton public library is also within a short driving distance.
Wynnrock Estates subdivision location has benefited from various nearby colleges including Austin Community College, and The University of Texas at Austin. Southwest Travis County has some of the newest and most modern schools. Exceptional teaching staffs are prevalent. Wynnrock-Estates children receive a top-shelf education in modern facilities located within a short driving radius from our entrance.
